Charges
We charge by the hour with an initial commitment of one hour. Thereafter we charge in 15 minute increments rounding up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. We use time tracking software to accurately record the time spent on each piece of work and this detailed breakdown of information is attached to client invoices.
We also offer a day rate and a monthly retainer. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Terms
Client Agreement
All clients will be asked to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of any work, which protects the interests of both parties.
Payment of Invoices
Invoices are sent out at the end of the month and payment terms are 14 days net.
Confidentiality
LondonVA Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent. All assignments and client contact details are treated in the strictest confidence and are only retained for as long as necessary.
Assignments
All completed work will be delivered via email, fax or 1st class post.
Errors and Corrections
Although LondonVA Ltd will endeavour to ensure that all completed work is error free, the final proofreading of all work is the responsibility of the client. Any errors must be notified within seven days of receipt of the completed work.
